How to make changes on tablet and mobile mode that don’t affect Desktop mode

    On tablet and mobile mode my background image and any text won’t show. It’s cut off and it just shows a white screen. I can fix it if I change the position of the image but the problem is that I don’t want the position of the image to change on Desktop.

    Those white spaces aren’t supposed to be there, the background image is supposed to be there instead.

    Can someone help?
