How to make category show

    I have a modified MinimaPlus WordPress and I want to do some more changes.

    Below every headline I want the category to show itslef. But it only does if you go in comment mode. How do I make the category show always?

    And I also want lists instead of dropdown menus to the left. Is it hard or can I just change something in the PHP?
