How to make an internal link open in frame/iframe (Newbee)

  • Until now I figure I could figure anything, but this I can’t!

    I have a custom menu with 3 links in the left side, and I would like for those links to open inside a new frame in the right side. Please assume I have no idea how to do this (because I don’t) and that this layout is just for home page.

    My logic is to take the 3 links, and instead of them opening a new page, when clicked they would populate in the same window but in a new frame. It sounds so easy, I just can’t figure it out how to make it work, trying not to change the codes around, any simple magical solutions out there?
