How to make all medai upload hosted by picasa?

Hello and greeting all genius WordPress here. It’s a shame of me to asking from you all here about this matter, but if there is something that may you help me about the problem, I want to make all image and media, upload to picasa by defult and not to my wordpress hosting. Is there any posible to do by that? I mean the function was like to blogger.com use, integrated media upload to Picasa, like image, music file, and video file directly upload to Picasa and host it for our own wordpress. My apology if my grammar was bad.
