How to make a Website Similar to Soundcloud

I am trying to make a website somewhat similar to soundcloud where there are different memberships (artists, producers, beatmaker, etc.). I want to make it so everyone has there own profile of there music that people could follow and so people could collaborate with each other. I also want to make top tracks, top beats, etc. pages. Any suggestions on what plugins I should use or how I should go about doing this?
