I have to agree with alphonse…those are HTML created.

you should be able to get a similar look using images with image caption (if the theme supports this in a nice way – maybe without the inks in the caption), and then align three images in one row; or with a table structure in your page to arrange images and the links. that should need only minimal html and would be probably more a css challenge.

HTML… at the rate WYSIWYG editors are improving, I just fear that by the time I learn it, it won’t be needed anymore.
But yeah, I should learn the basics.
