How to make a sticky page dynamic?

  • I want to use a fixed opening post via the sticky option the drawback being that if I update the content, or change the title, it won’t get sent out on the rss/mail feed.

    I suppose what I’d really like is a Page that can be fixed at the top of the home page and can be included in the feed. Is this possible?
