How to make a protected page unprotected?

  • We’d like to make Term of Service and Privacy Policy pages unprotected. We tried to use the Exclude rule functionality offered by MemberPress plugin but it didn’t work. We contacted MemberPress support and they said WP page caching might be the cause and asked us to contact WP support directly. Can you please help?

    If you have a cache plugin at work, you might find out by flushing and deactivating it.
