How to make a post "Featured image" link to a menu item?

Hey people,
whole lotta activity here, I hope my thread won’t just blast into page 99 in second heh ^_^

I want to click on the tile and then be redictered as I clicked on the menu. How to do such thing?
Right now when I click on the tile it just opens up the post itself.

Hope to get an answer, I’m out of ideas here :S
