How to make a multi-page form so it's not one long form?

Hi. I am trying to set up forms for potential customers to fill out and submit to us. They are quote forms for insurance. I’d like page breaks, so that it isn’t one long webpage, having to scroll all the way down the page.

Is there a way to do this? I thought I saw something in my searching a few weeks ago about rerouting the form to another form, but how do I set it up so that the customer sees it going to another page of the form.

Also, is there a way to have all that information emailed to me in one email at the end, instead of multiple emails as the customer is filling each page of the quote form (and clicking submit on each page)? Please let me know if my wording doesn’t make sense?
