How to make a menu that if the user click the data will appear at the same page

    Can somebody give me any idea on how can i make a menu that if the user will click all the post under that taxonomy will appear at the same page where the menu located??? my plan is i make a taxonomy menu then there two type taxonomy the coding and the design, if the user click the design button it will show all the image related to the design.

    do i need to use ajax???
