  • First, it’s not a related Leaf theme question.
    Second, it’s not a problem because the URL is a correct one. WordPress put a category base, that’s the word “category” by default. If you want to remove that word from URLs, use a plugin.
    Third, if you want to include “my jobs abroad” in category URL, you have to make a parent category of it, and “teaching english in thailand” a child category if you’ll have others posts for this subject. Otherwise, “my jobs abroad” it’s the parent category, and “teaching english in thailand” a post assigned to that category.

    awesome. do you have a recommendation for a plugin?

    For a plugin that only exclude base category I don’t have any recommendations, but for a general better SEO optimization you can use SEO by Yoast plugin, it has an option to exclude base category from URLs.
