how to lose the contact form

using the technozoic theme and getting a contact form I don’t want on my secondary pages, how do I get rid of this, also the nav bar is overshooting on the right by about 10 px…the forum page for this theme is not getting any activity and the author is currently unavailable and unfortunately I need answers now…if anyone can help, it would be most appreciated…thank you in advance !!
