How to look up tracking number?

    We migrated our website to a new host and lost 2 days worth of orders so we are having to manually enter those into Woocommerce but I am not sure how to find the tracking numbers for shipping labels that were purchased. I logged in to WordPress.com and can see the receipt with an order number and type of label purchased but no tracking number. Where can I find those?

    Hey @scandidesignco,

    That’s an excellent question. I’m not aware of a way to view tracking details outside of the site where the label was purchased. As you mentioned, the receipts don’t list them.

    If you’d like to open up a ticket about this, we’d be happy to pull those numbers for you. Make sure to include the order numbers and dates when you create the ticket. Also, please include a link to this forum thread too.
