How to Login as Employee

Please Help me i am unable to login as employee, i am trying this plugin first time but not able to find how to login

You can install the user switching plugin. Upon installed and activated, you should see a switch to link on the employee listing (besides edit and delete link).

It’s not working, my question is how do i access as employee?

Employees are the same as your other WordPress users. So, the login process is the same as your other user access/login to your site. They can log in to your site by using their username/email and password- on your site login URL.

The difference is, if the user has an Employee role, they’ll have access to their profile under the WPERP->HR.

The solution Tareq provided is for the admins. I mean, if you want to check an Employee profile while logged in as an admin. You can use ‘user switching’ plugin in such cases.

as admin i create employee but there is no way to access as employee. also sometimes user get welcome email and mostly not. also there is no access to login as employee.

My major concern is how do i access as employee

also this error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
” after activated user switching plugin.

As I mentioned in my previous reply, An Employee is also a user of your site and he/she can log in normally as your site other users do.

When creating the employee, if you check this, Employee should get his username and password over the email.

If any particular employee did not receive the email or login details, you, as an admin can navigate to wp-admin->users->edit that particular employee/user profile->generate a new password and provide him to log in.
