How to log into website using [wpmem_form login]

    Can not log into website. Disabled WP Forms because it was not compatible with the latest WP OS and was causing multiple error lines to be displayed. Now that WP Forms is updated and compatible, WP Forms does not show under Home/About-Register/Login as an active link and cannot login.

    Two questions – How can error messages be set to only display on Admin page?

    How to login if WP Forms is not working?
