It depends what version you are using. Since 0.1.5 introduced the template tag to create the form, it would be a little more difficult. Otherwise you should look into current_user_can.

The next version (0.2) will go back to using plain HTML for the forms, making stuff like this easier to achieve.

Look into this plugin User Role Editor the plugin will let you create your own roles or edit the ones already there.
