How to load facebook pixel if user set consent granted?

  • If user first time open the page I have to set consent mode to denied.
    To do this I use pys_disable_facebook_by_gdpr.
    After page load, immediately consent mode popup is opened.
    User can set granted (consent is update).
    How to load Facebook Pixel from PixeYourSite plugin in this moment (without page reload).
    Is there any Javascript event for this?
