how to list posts with custom field "year"

Hi,
I have a custom field name “year” and I would like to create a block that displays all the available years. When a user click on a “year”, it will display all the posts that with that custom field “year”.

example, year = 2011
when click to “2011”, it will show all the posts that have custom field year = 2011.
