How to link to my own homepage from wordpress v4.5

Just want to add some links which is not belonging to wordpress pages to the navigation bar, such as my own homepage, contact info, and others. My blog page is https://togolist.org/mortise/blog/, want to add https://togolist.org/mortise/index.html to the blog navi bar. How to do that? Thanks.
