How to link to my new site?

I just discovered that my old link: https://kazjaz.wordpress.com/
still goes to the blog before I shifted it to www.remarpro.com
How do I make the old address go to https://www.kazjaz.com?
I dont want people accidently getting led to the old version as it is not up to date
I only discovered this when I found my old blog linked in this blogroll: leecylou.wordpress.com/
