How to link to a page but if the URL changes, the link doesn’t break?

Hi

Imagine I have a blog with a URL b.com/abc

There is another blog with a link to this blog. But imagine I change the URL of the first blog from /abc to /abcd but I don’t want to go to every single blog and change the blog post. Is there any way to link to a destination by the ID of that page/post?

I know I can create a redirect but that’s not what I’m looking for.
