How to link to a block

Hello there! What you’re looking for is an anchor tab. Something like this:
https://help.typepad.com/anchor-tags.html

Long story short, you have to add a HTML element like this:

<a name="YOUR_KEY"></a>

To where you want the page to scroll to.

And you have to use #YOUR_KEY as the link URL for the button you want to jump from. ??
