How to link tab to sub domain??

Hi there,
Am using Platform Pro theme from PageLines. I have the domain set up at https://liquidmocean.com and want to link a tab that I will name Store to my new online store at the following sub domain of https://store.liquidmocean.comI have no programming or code understanding and am wondering how to achieve that with the least amount of hair pulling?
