How to link contact 7 form to a web service and call a function

Hi all,
I am a novice wordpress user. Just started on and have been given a site to manage. My issue is pretty simple, I want to link a custom wsdl service to a contact form and send the email and name details from the contact form to the webservice via a function.
Simply, i am trying to capture the email id and name of the user in contact form 7 and send the data to a database from where an email is sent to the registered users.
Can anyone help me with this?

In this the “REQUEST FOR DEMO LINKS” is supposed to make the entry to the database to those who register.
I already have the webservice (wsdl) ready with the smtp settings but not the way to give the details to the webservice from wordpress.
