how to link blog to my website / I did something wrong

Dear All,
please help me! I did something wrong with my blogpage and now I am not able to link it anymore to my Website.
I find my Blog Starting Page still, when I go to Customizer and then to templates and then I go to Blog Startpage:
But how can I link it in the header navigation?
