How to link a image title with a text module?

Hi,

There are multiple pages on my website.

There is a image title ‘Read More’ on a page. Using the theme builder, I added a Text module on another page. I have to link ‘Read More’ with the Text module. I see the image link corresponding to the image title but how to use the Text module as a link so that the image title ‘Read More’ can be linked with it? or How to find Text module path so that it can be linked with ‘Read More’? Please help me.
