How to limit pop up only showing once per user

I have looked on the forum for how to limit the pop up so that it only shows up once per user. However, when I hit the settings button on the plugin, i do not see any “pop up options” area or a “Popup showing limitation” option. The only options i have under settings are “enable DEBUG MODE, delete popup data, disable popup data and user role to access the plugin.

Is there another area i should be looking?? thanks.
