    How to limit excerpt length?
I found that the post has more than 155 words, and the content cannot be displayed by default SEO

There is a way to use the code, let yoast seo Only 150 words displayed? Even though POST has 400 words,no need to modify the length of the post content, but let yoast seo only display 150 words

    @kylie12 Thanks for your reply.

We checked on the GitHub issue and it appears to have been merged into another issue here which was designated to be resolved as of the 17.3 release of the plugin. Can you please confirm whether you are using version 17.3 and whether the issue has been resolved for you?

@kylie12 Thanks for your reply and for confirming that the issue is still occurring for you after updating to the 17.3 version of the plugin. We would recommend commenting on the GitHub issue report in order to notify the developers that the issue should be reopened.

    I checked the GitHub post
    https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/pull/17146

The status is ‘Merged’ and not ‘solve’. so you confirm that it has been fixed in 17.3?
    Or you made a mistake

Yes, the milestone/change should have been integrated into 17.3. Can you please reply in the Github repo as Carl mentioned before, then the developers can check and if necessary, improve/re-open the GitHub issue? Thanks!

bro I am tired of these troublesome steps, can you directly notify the technician? The problem is 100% unsolved

I have already asked the question here, and you guys have to find a way to solve the problem…I don’t want to do any website other than worpdress

And I’ve waited for a few months and still haven’t gotten a solution. I have been waiting for a long time

    Am I patient enough?

    Thread Starter kylie12

    (@kylie12)

I don’t want to waste time anymore, I only know that other users will also encounter this problem Later, and I don’t want to spend more time waiting for you to fix this basic problem (Even help you find more problems, like a free BUG tester, which is very funny)

I have transferred all the data to All in One SEO plugins and did not find this problem is even better than Yoast SEO

I should have done this a few months ago

Yoast SEO has successfully ruined my search rankings, and various countless questions, I will not ask again, nor will I use the plugin again.

If you have the same problem, see this post , please transfer directly to other SEO plugins, this is the fastest solution

    (@kylie12)

This is the technical level of Yoast SEO

If you keep asking people who ask questions here to go to Github to ask questions, then why do you want to create a plugin support page in www.remarpro.com?

I will not go to Github to ask questions again

Yoast SEO only care about English users. You don’t care about other languages at all, and you don’t have the ability to solve the problem. Other SEO plugins support all languages, and this kind of basic error did not occur. It’s really too bad.

I actually wasted months of time looking forward to you fixing the “errors that shouldn’t happen in the foundation”

If you can’t even support the languages of different countries, what qualifications do you have to be the number one SEO?

Japanese, Chinese, Thai all have the following errors, these are mainstream countries

Not to mention other more countries

This is the last time I have provided information to you, because I don’t want to waste my time in the past few months, and others will also encounter the same problem.

    Yoast SEO 17.4 Version: https://prnt.sc/1xepmc7

    SEO Meta: %%title%% %%excerpt%%

Japanese over 155 word test: https://prnt.sc/1xeqkkx (No fix)
Chinese over 155 word test: https://prnt.sc/1xeqn8f (No fix)
Korean test over 155 word test: https://prnt.sc/1xeqwfr (Korean is fixed)

I have clearly demonstrated the problem. If you do not fix these basic problems or cannot understand, you are not worthy of being a technical team!.

    Thread Starter kylie12

    (@kylie12)

well, it seems that technicians don’t want to solve this problem either

This can show how bad a plugin support is
