    Hello, first post here!

We’re setting up a Woocommerce site that will feature unique arts & crafts items. Each product is unique so trying to figure out how to approach this. Is there any way to set up some kind of inventory that shows only 1 quantity per product then once that’s purchased, remove that product from the store? Or at the very least, show it as SOLD?

We also plan to include narrative that makes it clear each product is unique but still anticipate some won’t pay that much attention.

  • Hi @dayzee

    Thank you for reaching out!

You can set the Stock quantity of the product to 1 and when someone purchases the product, it will show as Out of Stock.

You can check more about stock management here: Inventory section

Also, if you want to hide the Out of Stock item from your store, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and enable the Out of stock visibility option.

    I hope this helps!

That helps a lot– thanks much. Very new to the ins & outs of WC and obviously there’s a lot to learn. One thing for certain, I’ll be back with more questions. ??
