How to let visitors choose filters

Hello!

I’m trying to make this kind of page:

-When visitors visit the page, posts about every country are shown with the most recent one first.
-On top of the page are checkboxes for each country. They can click them to only show posts from those category(s).
-Preferably, if all checkboxes are checked or all are unchecked, this will show all posts.
-I’m not looking for a “search” plugin, but some kind of filter.

Do you know a way to do that?
