How to let the user switch between map types?

I want the user itself to be able to switch among different Google map types like satellite or the standard road view.

I see where I can set definition for the style of the road view, but it’s not the style I want to customise.

On maps.google.com I get a small thumbnail of the other map types on the lower left corner. On smaller embedded Google maps I usually get a few buttons in this corner of the map or the other for switching the types, but on Events Manager map there are no such buttons.
