• I’ve been tidying-up and simplifying my pages and noticed that the home page’s title is centred, whereas all the other pages are left-aligned.

I’ve tried to find the setting I’ve used / mis-used but can’t locate what I’ve done so I wondered if anyone might have a suggestion as to where to look?

    Thanks all.

  • Hello,

    Page title setting –

Global – Customize > General OOptions > Page Title and select a style
Page/post specific seting – Edit a page/post > OceanWP settings metabox > Title tab and select a style

Hope it helps you to fix this issue.

Thanks, Amit, but when I looked under the Style heading for the Page Title options all I can see are,

“Centred, Centred Minimal, Background Image, Hidden” and no “Page/post specific setting” as you suggest.

I can see from the OceanWP settings metabox that there are further settings to set page/post specific positioning, but they show as “Default, Default Style, Centred, Centred Minimal, Background Image, Solid Color and White Text”, so nothing to set it for left-aligned.

Could it be that I’ve not got an OceanWP-specfic plugin running that would allow right alignment for the main/home page?

    Thx

Did you try to select a different style from oceanwp settings metabox? There is no other plugin for it. If it doesn’t work, then you need to use some custom css to do it.
