• Hello,

I have several color variations for each apparel item.

Is there an easy way for me to label each image in the image gallery with the name of the color on each image that corresponds with the name of the color selections in the drop down menu on the shop page?

Right now, if my customer is browsing the shop they see an image gallery, but the images don’t have the color names and when they select a different color option from the color selections drop down menu, the thumbnail doesn’t change either to reflect that color choice.

How can my customers know more about the color selection they are looking at and/or choosing to buy?

Here’s a screenshot of one of my image galleries with the issue – https://tinyurl.com/2yr3cmnw

    Thanks!

  • Hi @missgypsea

Thank you for reaching out – we’re happy to help!

One way to implement this, is to overlay the color title on the images themselves. Another way is to include a color “table” with each product gallery, showcasing all the available colors.

Could you please share a full screen, uncropped, screenshot, instead? With the current one, it is unclear if the core WooCommerce functionality is in use, or otherwise.

Feel free to share the URL of such a product, so that we can investigate further.

    Thank you
