How to keep up with forums?

How are people keeping up with the forum traffic? (or are they?) I’m finding it really difficult to keep track of conversations I’m interested in as the volume of traffic on the support forums is quite high.

Oh! in a closely related thread[0] , Podz pointed out that by clicking on the “Member” link underneath your username you can get a list of all the threads you have participated in. Very handy!
Suggestion: add a “your statistics” link to the right hand menu which points to this same screen.
