How to keep the receipts accept Arabic Characters

    Hi,
    When orders printed, the Arabic Characters coming dots only, tried to update the coding inside the mc3 Printer also in the wp-admin already UTF-8, so there’s any way to update the order-handler.php or something.

    And also I want delete the images and qr at the end of the receipt

    @alamery Unfortunately, our printers do not currently have built-in support for right to left languages and the plugin is limited to the capabilities of the printer. We do have a solution that can render print jobs on a Star server, which I mentioned on the other thread. Feel free to contact us if you want to test it.

    The image and QR is provided by Star Micronics Cloud Services, which is not needed for CloudPRNT support (it is confusing, but they are different systems). If you log in to your printer and disable Star Micronics Cloud Services then that will also remove the image and QR.
