How to issue new display pages for new registered users?

I am new to this place, yet the atmosphere in this forum is warm and welcoming.Let me give thanks to every person who has contributed to this place.
Alright, here is what I am trying to do:
The app I am designing aims at collaboration. Using eCommerce as the basis, I want each new user, after registration, to have their own page. The pages main theme and template is aligned with those of main page, but each user can upload his/her own product pictures there. And then, all the pictures and information they uploaded can be reached by one search box in the main page.
Anyone have recommendation on what kind of plugin or coding can do such tricks?I am new to WordPress site-building but I am eager to learn. While this question is active, I`ll be studying coding and trying out new plugins. If you have any idea on how to do this ,please leave your idea below.
