My stripe plugin and account are working properly for regular credit cards. I am also approved for Afterpay, but it doesn’t show up.

Stripe offers the following code for Afterpay:

    https://stripe.com/docs/payments/afterpay-clearpay/accept-a-payment

Is each store owner to copy this code somewhere? It would seem that Stripe’s Afterpay code would already live in the Stripe plugin, another plugin, or is this just a feature that’s not rolled out yet?

Please let us know if Stripe+Afterpay can be done with Woocommerce!

  • Hi @aaron843!

It looks like the code that Stripe offers for Afterpay is actually to be used in a situation where you’d like to replace your WooCommerce checkout page with an Afterpay checkout page and should be applied in the code of your checkout page. Currently, the Stripe Payment Gateway plugin only supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, Samsung Pay as additional payment options.

To circumvent the limits of the Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, I suggest installing the Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce plugin to give your users the option to checkout with Afterpay.
