How to integrate php application into wordpress?

  • I have simle php application that I want to itegrate with WordPress.

    Basically, I want options of the application to show as wordpress pages and that contents is displayed under wordpress theme in main space, which is used by wordpress to display page contents. Also I need integrated application to accept some parameters as queries (even better if I can use SEO URL’s).

    I’ve looked across plugins and found no usable solution. Also, tried to find solution in API but no success.

    Can anyone give me some hints where to look for or what to do?
