How to integrate into another tool

    Good day, I am running a current Giveaway and I would like to incorporate a newsletter sign up form within the entry form. Where do I find the url link for the newsletter to pop up, so that entrants can subscribe when clicking the link. Some people on mobile cannot find my newsletter in the sidebar.
