  • how to install wp multisite after 30 days?

    i have install wordpress last month. now i wants to create multisite with subdirectory.

    i have configured wp-config file.

    now on wp>tools>Network Setup iam seeing this message:

    Because your installation is not new, the sites in your WordPress network must use sub-domains. The main site in a sub-directory installation will need to use a modified permalink structure, potentially breaking existing links.

    My current site is on https://wwww.myownsite.com/
    i want to create subdirectory site like this: https://wwww.myownsite.com/bd

    You’ll need to modify the existing links within current posts and pages to reflect the new sub-directory path. Links like the ones to images are likely the most common ones to modify. Creating a SQL query to make the updates is not recommended because such a query will corrupt serialized data that have such links. A special approach is required to manage changes in serialized data. You can use the Better Search and Replace plugin to properly update link paths without corrupting any serialized data.

    so i have created a new site on subdirectory. not a multisite. thanks for u r suggesting
