How to install wordpress in a IP not on domain name.

  • How to install wordpress on a IP and not on https://www.example.com
    I don’t want to move or transfer from my old hosting to new hosting.

    I want to install a fresh wordpress on my new IP address before DNS propagation. Is it possible?
