How to install website verification file to WordPress header?

  • I am trying to verify my WP website for my Pinterest pages. Their instructions read: “Add this meta tag to the <head> of your index.html”
    Can somebody send me the walk through, how do I find this location at my WP admin page, and where exactly does this meta tag need to be placed?
