I have a fresh 3.5.1 site. It’s inside a corporate network so I can’t give you a working link to it. It’s running under Apache 2.2.

I installed Link Manager via the “ftp” method and activated it, but it seems to be kind of half-installed.

If I try to go to the Links admin page, I get this message:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Or if I go via “Links/All Links”, I get this:

If you are looking to use the link manager, please install the Link Manager plugin.

However, I am able to add a link by clicking “Add new”, and the link does show up in the sidebar as expected.

So, I’m thinking maybe there’s another installation step needed?

Things I have checked so far:
    – Apache error logs – nothing
    – File permissions.

    Also installed: “LDAP LPRM” plugin.
