    How to install MC when setting up the program is blocked? Had MC installed once, didn’t work, asked MC for help, got no reply, deleted program, reinstalled, activated, clicked on “Settings” and got the following message.

    MailChimp returned the following error:
    Forbidden. User Disabled. This account has been deactivated. Request: GET https://us19.api.mailchimp.com/3.0/ Response: 403 Forbidden – {“type”:”https://developer.mailchimp.com/documentation/mailchimp/guides/error-glossary/”,”title”:”User Disabled”,”status”:403,”detail”:”This account has been deactivated.”,”instance”:”7cc3aedf-525e-47bb-9a0c-4af0d70cd7e9″}

    Question – How to install MC and get some help if it doesn’t work?

    Hey Tom,

    Your MailChimp.com account might be disabled. Please note that we are not MailChimp.com, we are a different company so we cannot do anything from our end to remedy this.

    First, I would suggest logging into your MailChimp.com account and see if it’s working. If it does, please generate a new API key and add it to our plugin and then test if it works.

    Thanks Harish,

    Finally did get MC to work but am using Newsletter now anyway. I find it less complicated, easier to use and more intuitive.
