How to install add-ons

    I have the free version of SupportCandy installed. I downloaded the free bundle

      Canned Reply
      Export Tickets
      Automatic close tickets

    I actually am interested just in the export ticket one. I have no idea how to install this add-on, as i have the zip file. In plugin setting -> Add-ons it just say buy add-ons and no import tab or something. And to just extract the files in the supportcandy plugin file seems to be reckless.

    Cannot log in to my account. Even though I created a support ticket, it didn’t create an account for me – and there is no way to register on your site. How can I get my licenses transferred from WP Support Plus? How do I get my add-ons if I can’t log in and download them?

    You will have an account only if you have purchased any add-on/add-on bundle from our website.

    If you want to transfer a license from Support Plus to SupportCandy please create a ticket on our site.
