How to install a print button in the print preview page?

Sorry, I also don’t have an answer to this one ??
From what I know, the TableTools add-on from https://datatables.net/extensions/tabletools/ creates that preview using some CSS. I don’t think that one can add a button to that, so you’ll have to use the browser’s Print button.
