how to insert xmlfile to wordpress

  • i install wordpress ,webhost phpoh, my blog doesn’t display google ads
    although i use many plugins,but it doesn’t work yet,
    why?
    may i insert a xml file in wordpress to display js code?
    doesn’t the plugin exist?
