How to insert WordPress blog stream into frame of another site?

    Bear with me, as a WP noob I may not have all the terminology correct here.

    I just set up a WordPress blog for the first time. However, I want to use the blog entry stream, and put that into a frame of another website (not a blog only site). I’m not concerned really with the Archives/Categories that the default WordPress page puts in the right column. I just want the blog stream.

    How would I do this? Thanks!
