How to insert widget code

Thanks for letting me know. Embedding an iframe isn’t yet supported. The work around for now is to paste it first in the backend then save it. It disappears once you hit edit since PBS doesn’t know of it yet. Another alternative is if it has an oEmbed URL, you can use that to embed for now.

I also noticed that inserting video from you tube also does not work. It used to on older version but it stopped now.

YouTube should work, just paste in the url of the video. I’ve got iframe embedding working, however there’re additional stuff that I want to put in for the next version.

Ok , maybe I’m doing something wrong.
I go to edit with Page Sandwich,then click Media,insert from URL , insert url from youtube and video does not show up on the bottom. Before it did.
Wham am I doing wrong?

You can do that, or you can also directly paste the url in a new line then press enter.

You’re right though, clicking the media button and doing insert from URL should work but it isn’t. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.

I would like to ask for a bit of feedback: What additional features would you like to see added to PB Sandwich? And after you’ve played around with it, I would like to ask if you could leave an honest rating of the plugin ??

I think your plugin is awesome and easy to use. I just started to play with wordpress few month ago. Yours is the easiest.
I was trying to add extra empty line in a column but I coulnd not do that.
Also formatting of letters does not work all the time. I was trying to make bold letter but it apply changes 50% of the time.
Definitely adding image or video from url is important to me.
Not all the formatting features were available. I had to go back to regular wordpress to apply different styles.
Background color of cells option would be nice.
If I think of something else I will send you another message.

You could add an empty line by doing a ctrl+enter, although those would need to be inbetween text or else pressing enter would trim the spaces at the end.

Yup I’ve also fixed the bold tool not applying for the next version (this will be out soon)

What formatting features were lacking? Ideally the lite version should contain the formatting stuff available in the backend.

As for the tables, those will be placed in the premium version. Although table styles are in the back burner for now ??

I was thinking about just adding empty space not between letters.
Anyway, I guess you can not have everything for free.
Your plugin makes my work so much easier.

Hey plexusdesign, please create another topic. But to answer your question, this cannot be done yet, but you can use a plugin that converts a widget into a shortcode then just type in the shortcode in the frontend ??
